Navigate to your home page by clicking your "Name" in the upper-right corner and then under "Navigation," click your member type.
Custom Fields are located on your home page below the "Requirements" area. Custom fields that affect your compliance will have a red "Edit" (pencil) button under the "Actions" column. To complete the Custom Fields, click the "Edit" (pencil) button, enter the required information, and click "Save."
A requirement is an item a member may need to complete based on their affiliation to an entity or rotation assignment.
