Step 3:

The System Partnership Directory organizes partnerships based on their status. Here, a "Child" entity is defined as one of the entities within your system. For health systems, child entities would be clinical sites. For school systems, child entities would be individual schools.

For health system admins looking to manage pending partnership requests, the "Incoming (for Child)" tab is most important.

  • Approved: The partnership is active between the child entity and the child's partner. For health systems, these would be the existing partnerships between clinical sites within your health system and schools.
  • Deleted: Partnerships that were previously active that have been deleted by either the child entity or the child's partner.
  • Denied (by Child): Partnerships requested with child entities that were denied.
  • Denied (by Child Partner): Partnerships requested by child entities that were denied by the partner.
  • Incoming (for Child): Partnerships requested with child entities within the system that require review.
  • Outgoing (for Child): Partnerships requested by child entities within the system that are pending review by the partner.
