Overview of Member Affiliated Table
Member Types:

The overview of your member's affiliated table is meant to help you get familiar with the layout and show you what you can do from the affiliations table. Please see the other help desk guides link for more detail on various functions.


Navigate to Member's Affiliated

Click the "Members" tab in your navigation bar, and select the appropriate Member Type from the drop-down menu.

Create

  • Add One Student: You can create a new member account as a school or clinical coordinator.
  • Bulk Upload: As a school or clinical coordinator, you can create several new members simultaneously with our bulk upload process.

Manage

  • Bulk Manage: Use the Bulk Manage feature to manage a member's status between active, graduated, on Hold, or withdrawn in ACEMAPP.
  • Manage Tags: You can create tags by graduating class, cohort, or any other way that may be beneficial. You can also add multiple tags to student accounts.

  • Assessment Report: Quickly access this report and use it by selecting an assessment and seeing who has/has not completed the assessment.

  • SCORM Scores: Quickly view SCORMS Scores for your members.
  • Assignment Data: The Assignment Data can be entered by bulk uploading it for students. The information added can be used to identify students in ACEMAPP based on Assignment Data quickly.
  • Upcoming Invoices: If your organization pays for member accounts (i.e., Students), you will receive a notification. This notification will let you know when you have upcoming invoices containing member accounts about to expire.

Select

  • Export Selectd: Export selected member data to a downloadable CSV file.
  • Tag Selected: Select the members you want to add a tag to by checking the box by their names.
  • Email Selected: Select the members you want to email by checking the box by their names.
  • Assign to Course: You may assign students and course admins to all required courses for their program at once.
  • Schedule Report: Quickly access this report and use it by selecting what members you want. This report allows you to view all student schedules simultaneously.

Switch

Quickly switch over to another member type.

Member Statuses

  • Active: Members who have active ACEMAPP accounts. They can be updated, managed, and assigned to clinical rotations.
  • Graduated: Members who have successfully graduated from their program or whose accounts have reached their "Access End Date."
  • On Hold: Members who are not currently active in ACEMAPP but may need to be active again.
    • (For example, An adjunct faculty that may not be teaching for a semester or a student that is taking a semester left.)
  • Pending Entity Approval: Members who have requested to affiliate with an organization but have not yet been approved or denied.
  • Pending Member Approval: Members who have been invited to affiliate with an organization but have not yet approved the request.
  • Withdrawn: Members who no longer need access to ACEMAPP and the access end date do not apply.
    • (For example, a student that has dropped from their program)

Records per Page

Allows you to expand the records per page.

Search

Allows you to search by Name, Email, and Tags.

Select All Box

Allows you to select all members to export, tag, email, assign to a course, or run the schedule report.

Action Icons

  • Edit: (Pencil Icon) Allows you to edit incomplete member's general information, emergency contact, security info, assign new programs, update affiliated programs/access end date, access/due date (only if the member has not yet logged in), add or remove email(s), edit licenses, tags, photo, and custom fields.
  • View: (Eye Icon) Review a members general information and ACEMAPP history.
  • Requirements: (Book Icon) Manage member requirement dates.
  • Member Documents: (Paper Icon) Manage member documents when this icon turns blue.
  • Manage: (Gear Icon) Take you to member's manage page. View ePortfolio, member's general information and ACEMAPP history, requirements, member documents, manage affiliations and programs, custom fields, member document log, assessments, access faux member view (this is a feature that ACEMAPP must enable), and view expiring items.

Sort Columns

This feature enables you to sort each column in the affiliation table.

An Affiliation is a connection between a Member and an Entity.

Affiliations define Member Types and often include Graduation or End Dates.

An Entity is a School, Clinical Site, High School, Company, etc.
