When creating your students' accounts, ACEMAPP does the behind-the-scenes work for you. ACEMAPP automatically sends the following emails:
Once you register a student account, they will get their verification email.
After students have verified their ACEMAPP Account, they will receive a welcome email.
If a student you are trying to register already has an ACEMAPP account, you must add their affiliation. This will send the student an affiliation automated email so they can log in and approve the affiliation with the school.
You can rest assured that once you assign students to their rotation placement, they will receive a rotation notification email.
The rotation notification email informs students when they have been assigned to a rotation and prompts them to log in to complete any incomplete onboarding items.
An Affiliation is a connection between a Member and an Entity.
Affiliations define Member Types and often include Graduation or End Dates.
