To ensure a successful upload, the spreadsheet must be completed exactly as outlined below:
Open the spreadsheet on your computer.
Download and open the template provided in the Template Instructions tab.
Fill Out Required Fields for Each Member
A. First Name (Required)
B. Last Name (Required)
C. Member Email Address (Required)
D. Package Name
- Must match the name listed under "Available Packages" on the bulk upload page.

E. Package End Date (Required)
- The last date the member needs access to Assure requirements.
F. Program (Required)- This refers to the specific academic program or department the member is affiliated with at your school (e.g., BSN, MSN, PTA).
- View your available programs in the top right of the Template Instructions tab.
G. Is Student? (YES/NO)
- Indicate "YES" to create a Student membership in ACEMAPP Collaboration (Includes membership fee)
H. Is Faculty? (YES/NO)
- Indicate “YES” to create a faculty membership in ACEMAPP Collaboration
I. Access Date (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Required only if "YES" is selected for Student or Faculty
- Indicates the start of the member's one-year membership period.
J. Access End Date (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Required only if "YES" is selected for Student or Faculty
- Indicates when a student should no longer have access to your school in ACEMAPP.
