Approving Affiliations with Schools or Clinical Sites
Member Types:

As an ACEMAPP member, your affiliations represent who you work with within the system and which organizations can access your information. When entities (like a school or clinical site) request an affiliation, you will be notified via email. The subject line will be "ACEMAPP - Affiliation Invitation," and it will come from system@acemapp.org. To approve/activate pending affiliations, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Once logged in to ACEMAPP, click your "NAME" in the upper-right corner of the page and select "Affiliations".

Step 2:

Click the "Pending Member Approval" tab to open the Pending Affiliation Requests table.

Step 3:

To approve/activate the affiliation, click the "Edit" pencil icon under Actions.

Step 4:

Change the "Status" Pending Member Approval to Active to approve/activate the affiliation.

Step 5:

Click "Save" to save your changes.

NOTE: You may see different statuses in the Affiliations table. See a description of each below.

  • Pending Member Approval - Affiliations awaiting your approval.
  • Pending Entity Approval - Affiliations you requested are awaiting approval from the entity.
  • Active - Affiliations that are approved and active.
  • Graduated -Previous affiliations with entities that are now inactive.
  • Deleted - Affiliations that have been deleted.
