The Incomplete Member Report allows you to track members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) who have not completed all requirements for a specific program. This report can be filtered by rotation or affiliation, allowing you to view members' compliance status with their program's requirements.
Click the "Reporting" tab from your homepage to open the Reporting Dashboard.
On the "Reporting Dashboard," click "Run Report" under "Incomplete Member".
The Incomplete Member Report can be viewed in two ways:
View by Affiliation: Displays all members directly affiliated with your organization, showing the requirements for the selected program.
View by Rotation: Displays members assigned to Active or Pending rotations for the selected program, along with any outstanding requirements.
You can toggle between "View by Rotation" and "View by Affiliation" using the buttons on the right.
Select a "Member Type" and a "Program."
You also have the option to display completion and expiration dates for requirements that have already been completed.
When viewing by rotation, optional filters are available to narrow the report results. Filter by a specific rotation by selecting the rotation from the "Rotation" drop-down. Other optional filters include experience, unit, partnership, start date, end date, and rotation status.
Click "Submit" to view the report.
To download the report in CSV format, click the "Generate CSV" button. Once the CSV file is ready, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to download it.
You can email members directly from the Incomplete Member Report by following these steps:
Select Members: Check the box next to the names of the members you wish to email.
Email the Selected Members: Click the "Email Selected" button to compose and send an email to the selected members.
