Rotation Table Configuration

Customize your rotation tables to display specific information and manage rotations more effectively.


Step 1:

From your Home Page, select the "Rotations" tab to your rotation table.

Step 2:

Select the "Config" tab in your rotation menu to open the configuration table.

Step 3:

To customize your rotation table, drag and drop data fields from the list of Available Fields to the list of Chosen Fields or check the checkbox for each field to select or de-select it. You can also change the order of the columns by changing their sequence number.

  • Available Fields: Displays all possible data you can view in your rotation table.
  • Chosen Fields: Displays the list of data you currently see in your rotation table.

For example, if you want to view the Rotation IDbut, not the Previous ID, uncheck the Previous ID or drag the Previous ID to the Available Fields column on the left.

Default views are available to help you customize your table. Select your Member Type at the top of the screen to see the default fields for your member type.

Step 4:

Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes" to save your preferences.
The changes you make to your configuration will only affect how you view the rotation table.
