The Forms Report allows school coordinators to view the total hours that students have logged for a specific course. This report also provides details on which forms were approved and the specific rotation ID number. You may view the results in your browser or export this data to a spreadsheet for your records.

ACEMAPP allows School Coordinators to create and upload rotations from a CSV file. Additional rotations can be added after the CSV file has been uploaded.

Export Selected Rotation Data

Export selected rotation data to a single CSV file or multiple files. The Mass Export All feature exports all rotations and member information into one CSV file.
Expiring Member Report

The Expiring Members Report displays members with compliance items set to expire within a specified time frame. This report helps schools and clinical sites proactively manage upcoming expirations and ensure continued compliance.
Running an On Site Report
Member Types:
View members on-site for rotations on any given date. Use optional filters, such as member type, unit, partner, etc., to narrow your results. You may email members directly from this report and export results into a CSV format.
Expiring Indicators
Member Types:
Expiring Indicators School users now have the option to see an orange "expiring" indicator when students are 30 days or less from a requirement expiring. This way, school coordinators are able to monitor member standings.

Create or Affiliate Member Accounts

School coordinators must create, or affiliate member accounts in order to manage them in ACEMPP. To do this, you must follow the process to create an account for each member. A "member" refers to non-admin users, such as students, faculty, preceptors, and observers. This guide will show you how to create a student account, but the steps are the same for creating accounts for any member.
