Coordinators can track evaluation statuses, view or download completed evaluations, access comments and committee signatures, and resend or delete evaluations as needed—ensuring timely completion and oversight of all evaluations within their program.
Create Multiple Rotations with Spreadsheet

Export selected rotation data to a single CSV file or multiple files. The Mass Export All feature exports all rotations and member information into one CSV file.
ACEMAPP Reporting

ACEMAPP's Reporting feature allows administrators and clinical coordinators to pull information from within ACEMAPP. Coordinators can select from the multiple reporting options and build and save custom reports for regularly ran queries.
Expiring Member Report

The Expiring Members Report displays members with compliance items set to expire within a specified time frame. This report helps schools and clinical sites proactively manage upcoming expirations and ensure continued compliance.
Expiring Indicators
Member Types:
Expiring Indicators School users now have the option to see an orange "expiring" indicator when students are 30 days or less from a requirement expiring. This way, school coordinators are able to monitor member standings.
Running an On Site Report
Member Types:
View members on-site for rotations on any given date. Use optional filters, such as member type, unit, partner, etc., to narrow your results. You may email members directly from this report and export results into a CSV format.
