ACEMAPP Applications can serve several purposes. If your organization uses ACEMAPP applications to manage employee designations, this is how you can access and manage these applications.
Employee Designation: How to Request Employee Status
Member Types:
Some ACEMAPP Clinical Sites allow you to connect directly as an employee. Applying to affiliate directly with the Clinical Site allows them to manage your ACEMAPP account and manage any Requirements or Learning Materials you may have already completed outside of ACEMAPP.
Managing Employee Designation
Member Types:
Adding a member as an employee of your organization will allow you to quickly manage their requirements and assessments. Additionally, this will allow the member to be assigned to rotations without the need to fulfill certain requirements.
Application
Member Types:
A request made by a member for a rotation opportunity or affiliate with an entity.

Applications can also be used for Observation opportunities or to designate as an Employee with a clinical site, allowing the entity access to manage the member's requirements.
Overview of Student Home Page
Member Types:
The Student Home Page is where you’ll complete key tasks in ACEMAPP. Here, you can work on your Requirements, fill out Custom Fields, and review assigned Learning Materials. You can also check for Announcements, view your Affiliations, and see your Rotation Details.
Student Mode
Member Types:
Coordinators can easily add themselves as students within their entity to better understand what their student's experience within ACEMAPP is like.

Member Types:
The ACEMAPP Rotation Requirement List allows you to track student compliance for clinical rotations, providing a detailed overview of required items and their status for each assigned member.
Faux Member View
Member Types:
School coordinators can use the Faux Member View feature to view a read-only version of a member’s (e.g., student, faculty) homepage. This allows coordinators to verify what the member sees, check access, confirm homepage layout, and review newly assigned content—all without making any changes. The feature is available upon request and is designed to enhance the overall user experience for members.
Community Benefit Report
Member Types:
Use this guide to track and report student hours hosted at your facility or health system. It provides step-by-step instructions for accessing the Community Benefit Report, configuring filters, viewing results in different formats, and exporting data. This guide is designed to help admins quickly generate accurate reports for active students, student slots, or both, over any selected time period.
Managing Pending Member & Entity Approvals

Personal Schedule Report for Faculty
Member Types:
This guide walks Clinical Faculty through the process of viewing students’ personal schedules entered in ACEMAPP, including non-clinical rotation commitments such as class times, work hours, or preceptor meetings. Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.

Access End Date
Member Types:
The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, is used to clarify when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose its active affiliation with your organization.
