Faculty Document Access
Member Types:
Faculty document access allows faculty members assigned to a rotation to manage requirement documents associated with that rotation. Schools may contact ACEMAPP Customer Support to enable the faculty document manager feature.
Partnerships: Document Manager

ACEMAPP allows you to house affiliation agreements and other documents that may pertain to your partnerships, such as liability insurance records and policy documents.
Faculty User Guide
Member Types:
ACEMAPP is a collaborative platform for healthcare education, compliance, and recruitment. Your responsibility is to stay up to date with your ACEMAPP account, including checking your inbox for reminders and alerts.
Document Status Report
Member Types:
The Document Status Report allows you to review member requirement documents. This report displays the document status, when the document was managed, and by whom. If the document was denied, the deny note is also displayed.
Member Requirement Document Log
Member Types:
The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.

Personal Schedule Report for Faculty
Member Types:
This guide walks Clinical Faculty through the process of viewing students’ personal schedules entered in ACEMAPP, including non-clinical rotation commitments such as class times, work hours, or preceptor meetings. While the Assure team works behind the scenes, school users have full visibility of Assure member documents, review status, and overall compliance.

Directory Entities Document Upload
Member Types:
This guide helps coordinators create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities, as well as their associated documents. It explains how to upload documents for a Directory Entity as well as for specific members connected to that entity, including handling expiration dates and file uploads.
File Manager
Member Types:
The file manager allows you to upload documents stored securely in ACEMAPP to access anytime. Any documents you upload to the file manager will only be accessible to you unless shared. This includes requirements, profile pictures, support ticket attachments, etc.
Faculty Case Log Review
Member Types:
The Case Log feature allows students to enter their clinical experiences and track patient encounters. When students submit their Case Logs, you can review them as Faculty. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.
Assure Member User Guide
Member Types:

School coordinators can use the Faux Member View feature to view a read-only version of a member’s (e.g., student, faculty) homepage. This allows coordinators to verify what the member sees, check access, confirm homepage layout, and review newly assigned content—all without making any changes. The feature is available upon request and is designed to enhance the overall user experience for members.
View Evaluation Results

Assessments: Review & Reset Attempts
Member Types:
This guide explains how to reset a member’s assessment attempts in ACEMAPP. It walks you through locating the member, accessing their assessments, reviewing failed attempts, and safely deleting an attempt so the member can retry. This process is helpful when students or faculty have exhausted their allowed attempts and need another opportunity to complete required assessments.
