The Requirement Compliance Report provides a snapshot of the current status of each member’s requirements.
Note: To view a historical record of a member’s requirements over time, please refer to the Profile Completion Report instead.
Expiring Requirement Report
Member Types:
Expiring Requirement Report allows users to view directly affiliated members who have requirements expiring within a selected date range. This report helps administrators proactively monitor upcoming expirations, support compliance tracking, and take timely action before requirements lapse.
Member Rotation Requirement Report
Member Types:
The Member Rotation Requirement Report provides visibility into rotation-based requirement compliance for members. This report allows administrators to review requirement items by category, identify what is available or affecting compliance, and export results as needed.
Managing Member Requirement Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share, and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. To manage requirement documents uploaded by your members, please follow the steps below.
Check Assure Member Requirement Compliance
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Assure collects, stores, and reviews requirements, including background check/drug screening results, immunizations, and other requested documents. While the Assure team works behind the scenes, school users have full visibility of Assure member documents, review status, and overall compliance. Member Requirement Document Log
Member Types:
The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.
Rotation Member Compliance Report
Member Types:
The Rotation Member Compliance report shows all non-compliant members by rotation, along with a list of their incomplete requirements.
Managing Member Requirement Dates
Member Types:
As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for member requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple members at the same time.
Assure Reporting

Member Assignment Report

The Member Assignment Report lists members and shows current rotations they are assigned to.
Onboarding Progress Report
Member Types:
The Onboarding Progress report lets you view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) with missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.

Overview of Member Affiliated Table

Historical Requirement Documents
Member Types:
Members and users can quickly locate and review documents they’ve previously uploaded to ACEMAPP, such as compliance forms, certifications, or onboarding materials. This guide shows how to navigate to the Requirement Documents or File Manager screens, ensuring users always have easy access to their important files for review, download, or reference.
Running an On Site Report
Member Types:
View members on-site for rotations on any given date. Use optional filters, such as member type, unit, partner, etc., to narrow your results. You may email members directly from this report and export results into a CSV format.
Evaluation Member List
Member Types:
The Evaluation Member List allows school and clinical site coordinators to monitor and manage evaluations for their members. Coordinators can track evaluation statuses, view or download completed evaluations, access comments and committee signatures, and resend or delete evaluations as needed—ensuring timely completion and oversight of all evaluations within their program.
Viewing Member Applications
Member Types:
This report will show you all members directly affiliated with your entity who are submitting applications and their status.
Requirement Descriptions
Member Types:
Requirement descriptions may include links to specific forms or documents that members are required to download, complete, and then re-upload for approval. This help desk guide outlines the steps to view these forms or documents within the requirement description.
Document Status Report
Member Types:
The Document Status report allows administrators to look up documents that members have submitted for a specific requirement. The report displays the document status, when the document was reviewed, and by whom.
Expiring Member Report
Member Types:
The Expiring Members Report displays members with compliance items set to expire within a specified time frame. This report helps schools and clinical sites proactively manage upcoming expirations and ensure continued compliance.
Incomplete Member Report
Member Types:
The Incomplete Member report provides a list of any members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) that have not completed all requirements for a specific program. 
Partner Chart Report
Member Types:
Administrators with system admin access can view a list of all schools or sites connected to their school/health system in ACEMAPP via the Partner Chart Report.
Unit Availability Report/Calendar
Member Types:
The Unit Availability Report helps school and clinical site coordinators quickly identify which units at partner organizations have open slots for student rotations. By viewing availability in calendar, details, or general schedule formats, coordinators can plan rotations efficiently, prevent scheduling conflicts, match students with appropriate programs, manage resources effectively, and share availability data with preceptors or administrative staff.
Preceptor Rotation Time Report
Member Types:
This guide explains how to access and run the Preceptor Rotation Time Report in ACEMAPP — making it easy to review which preceptors are assigned and how many rotation hours have been logged. You’ll learn how to locate the report, apply filters to specify a date range or status, and generate the results. Ideal for administrators who require quick and accurate rotation-hour summaries.
Partner Rotation Report
Member Types:
This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members joined to those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.
