Rotation Advanced Scheduling

ACEMAPP enables you to communicate the exact dates for a rotation, even when they are irregular.
Rotation Member Audit

The Member Audit screen allows you to view a member's status and when that status has changed for that Rotation.
Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Member Types:
When you assign a member to a rotation, they receive notification of the rotation details and are prompted to check their account for clinical requirements. Students or Faculty can access clinical site requirements only after being assigned to the rotation.
Export Selected Rotation Data
Member Types:
Export selected rotation data to a single CSV file or multiple files. The Mass Export All feature exports all rotations and member information into one CSV file.
Approved Rotations within 3 Weeks (Table)
Member Types:
This table lets you quickly view approved rotations starting within the next three weeks from your homepage and check if the roster has been sent. The table also shows if members are assigned to the rotation and if they have met compliance. You can also quickly access the rotation information from this table by clicking on the **Edit** button.
Review Rotation Requests

Reviewing Rotations by Unit
Member Types:
When there are multiple units per program and multiple coordinators reviewing rotations, it is beneficial to sort rotations to review only the unit each coordinator is responsible for.
Replicate Rotations
Member Types:
The Replicate Rotations tool allows you to re-request rotations previously created in ACEMAPP. When replicating rotations, you will have the opportunity to change the details of the rotation and add new rotations based on your current needs.
Withdraw Approved Rotations
Member Types:
If you no longer need an approved rotation, please withdraw the rotation request to make it available to others.

View Rotation Catalog - Schools
Member Types:
Clinical sites set rotation availability using the rotation catalog. Schools and members can then view the rotation catalog and request available slots.
Partner Rotation Report

This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members joined to those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.

This feature allows users to create customized notices for specific Program and Experience type combinations, which is displayed during the initial step of creating a rotation. The feature is designed to provide additional guidance and information to partner entities, helping to streamline the rotation creation process by reducing the need for additional communication between the partner entities. To use this feature, contact an ACEMAPP team member to enable it for your organization.
