Preceptor Time Log Review

The time log feature allows students to document the hours they spend with a clinical site and preceptor. Managing Membership Status

Faculty Document Manager

The Faculty Document Manager is a school-enabled feature that allows faculty members to view and manage student requirement documents for the rotations they are assigned.
Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.
Member Types:
School Coordinators can see a faux view of a member's account (student, high school student, company staff, and observers). This feature is view only with no option to click on anything but will give you an idea of what the member sees from their main dashboard.
Access a Student's Transcript
Member Types:
Accessing a student's transcript is a great way to review and/or export their personalized information and data stored in ACEMAPP. This includes Licenses, Assessment History, Course History, Requirement information, Rotation History, and more.
Managing Announcements
Member Types:
This article provides an overview of the Announcements feature, which allows you to create announcements displayed on the homepages of your members or users in ACEMAPP. Announcements can include upcoming deadlines, parking instructions, orientation dates, etc.
Directory Entities and Members: Student View
Member Types:
The Directory system allows your school to manage a list of affiliated Entities (e.g., clinical sites, schools) and Members (e.g., students, faculty, staff). This list is maintained by your school. If you have questions about any entity or member listed, please contact your school coordinator directly.
Faculty Time Log Review
Member Types:
When students submit their Time Logs, you can review them as one of your entities coordinators. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.  
Create or Affiliate Member Accounts
Member Types:
School coordinators must create, or affiliate member accounts in order to manage them in ACEMPP. To do this, you must follow the process to create an account for each member. A "member" refers to non-admin users, such as students, faculty, preceptors, and observers. This guide will show you how to create a student account, but the steps are the same for creating accounts for any member.
Access End Date
Member Types:
The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, is used to clarify when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose its active affiliation with your organization.
