Uploading Requirement Documents for Members
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. If needed, you have the option to upload documents on behalf of students or faculty. To approve or deny requirements with documents, please follow the steps below.

Faculty Document Manager
Member Types:
The Faculty Document Manager is a feature that (when enabled by the school) allows faculty to manage student requirement documents associated with any rotation they are assigned to.
Uploading Your ACEMAPP Requirements
Member Types:
Completing your ACEMAPP requirements is an essential first step toward participating in a clinical rotation. The documents you upload through ACEMAPP are available for your school coordinator to review.
Uploading Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements allow multiple options to meet the standard for the requirement. These options, or "tiers," are determined by the organization for which the requirement is set up.
Faculty Document Access
Member Types:
Faculty document access allows faculty members assigned to a rotation to manage requirement documents associated with that rotation. Schools may contact ACEMAPP Customer Support to enable the faculty document manager feature.
View Assure Member Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Assure offers professional document review services to its members. When you add ACEMAPP Assure to your organization's subscription, you'll create a one-stop shop for your students and/or faculty to manage academic and clinical requirements. Follow this guide to view Assure Member documents.
Accessing Clinical Site Requirement Documents

View documents that members download, complete, and upload for clinical site requirements.
Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Member Types:
When you assign a member to a rotation, they receive notification of the rotation details and are prompted to check their account for clinical requirements. Students or Faculty can access clinical site requirements only after being assigned to the rotation.
InfoMart (Advantage Students)
Member Types:
ACEMAPP interfaces with Advantage Students (by InfoMart) to simplify the compliance process for members. Advantage Students provides background check and drug screening services.
Verify Students (Corporate Screening)
Member Types:
ACEMAPP interfaces with Verify Students (by Corporate Screening) to simplify the compliance process for members. Verify Students is used for background checks and drug screens.

File Manager
Member Types:
The file manager allows you to upload documents stored securely in ACEMAPP to access anytime. Any documents you upload to the file manager will only be accessible to you unless shared. This includes requirements, profile pictures, support ticket attachments, etc.
Historical Requirement Documents
Member Types:
Your previously uploaded requirement documents are saved on our file server allow you to have access to them at any time.
Assure Member User Guide
Member Types:
ACEMAPP assure is a professional document review service with personalized service and support. You are responsible for uploading your Assure requirement documentation for review. Documents are stored on a secure platform and can be accessed anytime by your file manager in ACEMAPP.
Faculty User Guide

ACEMAPP is a collaborative platform for healthcare education, compliance, and recruitment. Your responsibility is to stay up to date with your ACEMAPP account, including checking your inbox for reminders and alerts.
Partnerships: Document Manager
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows you to house affiliation agreements and other documents that may pertain to your partnerships, such as liability insurance records and policy documents.
Assignment Data
Member Types:
The Assignment Data can be entered by bulk uploading it for students. The information added can be used to quickly identify students in ACEMAPP based on Assignment Data.
Faculty Time Log Review
Member Types:
When students submit their Time Logs, you can review them as one of your entities coordinators. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.  
Directory: Manage Members
Member Types:
The Directory system allows you to create and manage accounts specific to your organization. This includes adding programs, sharing across multiple facilities or schools, managing schedules, providing preceptor details, and license information. This also provides your students and faculty to view this directory list.
Create New Member Account
Member Types:
Create new member accounts for Students, Clinical Faculty, Preceptors, and Observers using the "Add One" feature.
Waiver Tiered Report
Member Types:
View students and faculty with a waiver for a rotation-tiered requirement. You may export results to a CSV format.
