Email Verification
Member Types:
To access your ACEMAPP account, you must verify your email address. A verification email will be sent to each email address associated with your account. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the email. Click the link provided in the email to complete the verification process. Please note, the verification link is valid for seven days and will expire after that period.

Create or Affiliate Member Accounts

School coordinators must create, or affiliate member accounts in order to manage them in ACEMPP. To do this, you must follow the process to create an account for each member. A "member" refers to non-admin users, such as students, faculty, preceptors, and observers. View Students' Personal Schedules
Member Types:
The Personal Schedule system allows students to input and track non-rotation events, such as class schedules. As a school coordinator, you also can view the schedules your students have created in ACEMAPP. If you want to learn more about this feature, please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support.
Assignment Data
Member Types:
The Assignment Data can be entered by bulk uploading it for students. The information added can be used to quickly identify students in ACEMAPP based on Assignment Data.
Manage Assure Members

Member Types:
ACEMAPP interfaces with Complio (by American DataBank) to simplify the compliance process for members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.). Complio's services include background check and drug screen processing, as well as clinical requirement verification.
The Schedule Report
Member Types:
The Schedule report allows you to view all students schedules all at once, either in a Calendar view or a List view, or even a generated .CSV to allow you to import the data into a spreadsheet program.
Approved Rotations within 3 Weeks (Table)
Member Types:
This table lets you quickly view approved rotations starting within the next three weeks from your homepage and check if the roster has been sent. The table also shows if members are assigned to the rotation and if they have met compliance. You can also quickly access the rotation information from this table by clicking on the **Edit** button.
Preceptor Certificate
Member Types:
Preceptor certificates are tied to the time logs submitted by students. The certificate indicates the clinical course and hours spent in clinical precepting. Preceptor certificates are housed within your time log menu and populated according to what was completed within the time log.
Roster (Profile Completion Report) Sent
Member Types:
Rosters track members (students, faculty, etc.) that will be at each clinical site. The rotation roster gives the clinical site access to view the rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data. The Rotation Roster Set email includes a link to download the Profile Completion Report.
Parental Release Form
Member Types:
ACEMAPP complies with FERPA (the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), a federal law created to protect the privacy of students' education records. 
Verified Credentials (QualifiedFirst)
Member Types:
ACEMAPP interfaces with QualifiedFirst® to simplify the compliance process for you. QualifiedFirst® (by Verified Credentials) is used for background checks, drug testing and clinical requirement verification.
