Faculty Document Access
Member Types:
Faculty document access allows faculty members assigned to a rotation to manage requirement documents associated with that rotation. Schools may contact ACEMAPP Customer Support to enable the faculty document manager feature.

The Faculty Document Manager is a school-enabled feature that allows faculty members to view and manage student requirement documents for the rotations they are assigned.
Faculty Case Log Review
Member Types:
The Case Log feature allows students to enter their clinical experiences and track patient encounters. When students submit their Case Logs, you can review them as Faculty. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.
Personal Schedule Report for Faculty
Member Types:
This guide walks Clinical Faculty through the process of viewing students’ personal schedules entered in ACEMAPP, including non-clinical rotation commitments such as class times, work hours, or preceptor meetings. Accessing these schedules helps faculty better understand student availability, plan learning experiences, and ensure clinical activities do not conflict with academic or personal obligations.
View Evaluation Results

Faux Member View
Member Types:
School coordinators can use the Faux Member View feature to view a read-only version of a member’s (e.g., student, faculty) homepage. This allows coordinators to verify what the member sees, check access, confirm homepage layout, and review newly assigned content—all without making any changes. The feature is available upon request and is designed to enhance the overall user experience for members.
View Assure Member Documents
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Assure collects, stores, and reviews requirements, including background check/drug screening results, immunizations, and other requested documents. While the Assure team works behind the scenes, school users have full visibility of Assure member documents, review status, and overall compliance.

When you add ACEMAPP Assure to your organization's subscription, you'll create a one-stop shop for your students and/or faculty to manage academic and clinical requirements. Follow this guide to view Assure Member documents.

View Partner Requirements

The Partnership Requirement table allows school and clinical site users to view the items set up for their partnering organizations. In this area, you can view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for the partner organization in ACEMAPP.

Requirement Configuration allows coordinators to view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for your Entity in ACEMAPP.

Viewing and Managing Invoices

The Partnership Directory in ACEMAPP is where schools and clinical sites manage their partnerships. Use this tool to view and respond to partnership requests, upload or access partnership documents, and maintain accurate affiliation records.
View Students' Personal Schedules
Member Types:
The Personal Schedule system allows students to input and track non-rotation events, such as class schedules. As a school coordinator, you also can view the schedules your students have created in ACEMAPP. If you want to learn more about this feature, please contact ACEMAPP Customer Support.
Search for Entities in ACEMAPP
Member Types:
This guide walks you through how to use the Partnership Directory to search for new partner organizations, review potential matches, and view detailed profiles of these organizations. Broadcast Messaging

Broadcast messaging allows school and clinical users to communicate with members through ACEMAPP directly. After sending a broadcast message, users can view if and when recipients have opened the message.

Wall posts allow you to share news, updates, and events with individuals connected to your community.
Faculty Time Log Review
Member Types:
When students submit their Time Logs, you can review them as one of your entities coordinators. You can also pull a report and filter by your specific needs.  
Managing References
Member Types:
This guide explains how to view and request professional referrals within ACEMAPP. Referrals are completed by Faculty or Preceptors after you finish a rotation or course, and once accepted, they can be added to your ACEMAPP ePortfolio. Use this guide to learn how to access referrals that have been submitted for you and how to request new ones when needed.

The Community Insight Report produces a graphical display of connections, wall posts, wall views, and admin logins per week for a three-month period.

Member Types:
ACEMAPP Communities allows you to connect with and follow organizations you are interested in.
Member Requirement Document Log
Member Types:
The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.
Rotation Schedule Report
Member Types:
Build and save a customized view of rotations either present or historical. Save queries to also run at a later date.
Access a Member's ePortfolio
Member Types:
This guide explains how to access a member’s ePortfolio in ACEMAPP to review their educational, professional, and extracurricular accomplishments. It covers navigating to the member, opening the Manage Member screen, and viewing the ePortfolio, while noting the privacy settings that students can set.
