Completing your ACEMAPP requirements is an essential first step toward participating in a clinical rotation. The documents you upload through ACEMAPP are available for your school coordinator to review.
Uploading Tiered Requirements

Tiered requirements allow multiple options to meet the standard for the requirement. These options, or "tiers," are determined by the organization for which the requirement is set up.

The Partnership Requirement table allows school and clinical site users to view the items set up for their partnering organizations. In this area, you can view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for the partner organization in ACEMAPP.

Most requirements must be completed for compliance, but some do not affect compliance.

Uploading Requirement Documents for Members
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. If needed, you have the option to upload documents on behalf of students or faculty. To approve or deny requirements with documents, please follow the steps below.
Managing Member Requirement Dates
Member Types:
As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple students at the same time.
Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.

Adding a member as an employee of your organization will allow you to quickly manage their requirements and assessments. Additionally, this will allow the member to be assigned to rotations without the need to fulfill certain requirements.

Rotation Requirement List

The Rotation Requirement List allows you to see any items members assigned to the rotation roster need to complete and how it affects their compliance.
Complio (American DataBank)
Member Types:
ACEMAPP interfaces with Complio (by American DataBank) to simplify the compliance process for members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.). Complio's services include background check and drug screen processing, as well as clinical requirement verification.
Application
Member Types:
A request made by a member for a rotation opportunity or affiliate with an entity.

Applications can also be used for Observation opportunities or to designate as an Employee with a clinical site, allowing the entity access to manage the member's requirements.
Compliance
Member Types:
The completion of all required items in ACEMAPP.

Compliance is met when all needed Requirements, Learning Materials, and Custom Fields are completed.
File Manager
Member Types:
The file manager allows you to upload documents stored securely in ACEMAPP to access anytime. Any documents you upload to the file manager will only be accessible to you unless shared. This includes requirements, profile pictures, support ticket attachments, etc.
My Calendar
Member Types:
The ACEMAPP My Calendar is a valuable tool that allows you a broad view of important dates, such as expiring requirements, events you signed up for, and rotations you are assigned to.
Rotation Compliance Report
Member Types:
This report will find all rotations that match and give you a list of the members, along with any requirements, assessments, or SCORM modules, per rotation.
Onboarding Progress Report
Member Types:
The Onboarding Progress report lets you view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) with missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.
Add Service Lines to a Rotation
Member Types:
Service lines are an additional feature that your organization may choose to utilize. This feature allows you to add other groups or requirements to your rotation.
Due Date
Member Types:
This date corresponds to the start of the member's first-year membership period. Members receive access to ACEMAPP 30 days prior to this date to begin completing their profile, requirements, and assessments.

If your member is attending a rotation, this date should be set to 2-4 weeks before their first rotation start date, although this may differ based on the clinical site.
Access/Membership Start Date
Member Types:
The Access/Membership Start Date corresponds to the member's first-year membership period. Members receive access to ACEMAPP 30 days before this date to begin completing their profile, requirements, and assessments. If your member is attending a rotation, this date should be set to 2-4 weeks before their first rotation start date, although this may differ based on the clinical site.
Course Assignment
Member Types:
You may assign students and course admins to all required courses for their program at once. Their courses and requirements will not be visible until the course start date.
Accessing Your ACEMAPP Transcript
Member Types:
Your ACEMAPP transcript is a great way to review and export the information stored in ACEMAPP. Your ACEMAPP transcript includes your general profile information, requirements & assessments history, rotation history, and other information stored in ACEMAPP.
