Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.
Upload Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements allow multiple options to meet the standard for the requirement. These options, or "tiers," are determined by the organization for which the requirement is set up.
Community Rotations Member Report
Member Types:
Download a detailed list of members organized by their individual rotations. Use filters such as date range, program, unit, or course to customize your report and focus on the information you need.
Case and Time Log Hours Report
Member Types:
The Case and Time Log Hours Report provides a list of members and their total case log and time log hours.
Community Evaluation Report
Member Types:
This report displays detailed responses from professionals connected to your community who have completed a specific evaluation. Use filters and reporting modes to customize how results are viewed and analyzed.
Community Insight Report
Member Types:
The Community Insight Report produces a graphical display of connections, wall posts, wall views, and admin logins per week for a three-month period.
Document Status Report
Member Types:
The Document Status Report allows you to review member requirement documents. This report displays the document status, when the document was managed, and by whom. If the document was denied, the deny note is also displayed.
Running an On Site Report
Member Types:
View members on-site for rotations on any given date. Use optional filters, such as member type, unit, partner, etc., to narrow your results. You may email members directly from this report and export results into a CSV format.
Partner Rotation Report
Member Types:
This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members joined to those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.
Roster (Profile Completion Report) Sent
Member Types:
Rosters track members (students, faculty, etc.) that will be at each clinical site. The rotation roster gives the clinical site access to view the rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data. The Rotation Roster Set email includes a link to download the Profile Completion Report.
Rotation Member Report
Member Types:
The Rotation Member Report is a way to view your members by rotation, along with information on the rotation.
Onboarding Progress Report
Member Types:
The Onboarding Progress report lets you view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) with missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.
Unit Availability Report/Calendar
Member Types:
The Unit Availability Report helps school and clinical site coordinators quickly identify which units at partner organizations have open slots for student rotations. By viewing availability in calendar, details, or general schedule formats, coordinators can plan rotations efficiently, prevent scheduling conflicts, match students with appropriate programs, manage resources effectively, and share availability data with preceptors or administrative staff.
Rotation Data Report
Member Types:
The Rotation Data Report is a custom report that allows the user to select specific rotation data to view and export.
Preceptor Assignment Report
Member Types:
The Preceptor Assignment Report Help Desk Guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing, running, and exporting the Preceptor Assignment Report in ACEMAPP. This guide helps users quickly locate preceptors, view their assigned rotations, and apply optional filters to customize results. It’s designed to make navigating and managing preceptor data simple and efficient.
Incomplete Member Report
Member Types:
The Incomplete Member report provides a list of any members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) that have not completed all requirements for a specific program. 
LMS Report
Member Types:
The LMS Report. This report allows you to see either complete or incomplete assessments by member type and selected assessment.
Expiring Member Report
Member Types:
The Expiring Members Report displays members with compliance items set to expire within a specified time frame. This report helps schools and clinical sites proactively manage upcoming expirations and ensure continued compliance.
Directory System Reporting
Member Types:
The Entity or Member data in the Directory can easily be exported to a .csv file. This guide walks users through the process of exporting Directory Entities and Members, as well as accessing the Last Used Report. Use this guide if you need to download organizational or member information for reporting, record-keeping, auditing, or administrative review within ACEMAPP.
Community Benefit Report
Member Types:
Use this guide to track and report student hours hosted at your facility or health system. It provides step-by-step instructions for accessing the Community Benefit Report, configuring filters, viewing results in different formats, and exporting data. This guide is designed to help admins quickly generate accurate reports for active students, student slots, or both, over any selected time period.
Forms Report
Member Types:
The Forms Report allows school coordinators to view the total hours that students have logged for a specific course. This report also provides details on which forms were approved and the specific rotation ID number. You may view the results in your browser or export this data to a spreadsheet for your records.
Profile Completion Report
Member Types:
After the rotation is approved and everyone assigned to the rotation shows compliance, the Clinical Site will receive an email with a Profile Completion Report attached. You may also access an up-to-date Profile Completion Report in ACEMAPP.
Member Requirement Report
Member Types:
The Requirement Compliance Report provides a snapshot of the current status of each member’s requirements.
Note: To view a historical record of a member’s requirements over time, please refer to the Profile Completion Report instead.
Create Custom Report
Member Types:
The Create Custom report allows you to build your own report to gather the information you need in ACEMAPP. This report uses updated logic and an algorithm for speedier results.
Email Verification Report
Member Types:
This report provides a list of members who have not verified their email addresses.
