Your membership date is set by your School Coordinator upon registration into ACEMAPP, and is good for one year. This information is located on the left-side of your dashboard in the "Membership Period" window.
You must navigate to your Student Home page to complete your Requirements, Custom Fields, and Learning Materials. You can also check your Announcements, Affiliations, and Rotation Details here.

As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple students at the same time.

It is helpful to group members in ACEMAPP using tags. You can create tags for students by graduating class, cohort, or any other way that may be beneficial. Members can have multiple different tags, as well.
The Case Log system allows students to document their case log information into ACEMAPP. It is important to document the breadth of your experience and to monitor your experience to ensure you have adequate volume and variety.
The Replicate Rotations tool allows you to re-request rotations previously created in ACEMAPP. When replicating rotations, you will have the opportunity to change the details of the rotation and add new rotations based on your current needs.

Creating surveys is a feature available to school and clinical site users by request. Please contact ACEMAPP Support if you are interested in creating a survey.
Suppose you need the Posted Date updated but are not making any changes to the Opportunity itself. In that case, you can Refresh the Posted Date by clicking the Refresh Now button while in the Edit Opportunity screen.
Rotation upload schedules vary by region. The Southeast Michigan Consortium Schedule is a specific bulk upload schedule to that region. Please reference the Southeast Michigan Consortium Clinical Site Members to confirm you are following the correct schedule for each clinical site.
