Assure Member User Guide
Member Types:
ACEMAPP Assure collects, stores, and reviews requirements, including background check/drug screening results, immunizations, and other requested documents. While the Assure team works behind the scenes, school users have full visibility of Assure member documents, review status, and overall compliance. You are responsible for uploading your Assure requirement documentation for review. Documents are stored on a secure platform and can be accessed anytime by your file manager in ACEMAPP.

Member Types:
Your ACEMAPP ePortfolio acts as an online resume that can be made publicly visible to fellow ACEMAPP users, as well as colleagues and employers. Access and share information such as your education, work experience, clinical experience, and your accomplishments in one easy place.
Expiring Member Report
Member Types:
The Expiring Members Report displays members with compliance items set to expire within a specified time frame. This report helps schools and clinical sites proactively manage upcoming expirations and ensure continued compliance.

Access End Date
Member Types:
The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, is used to clarify when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose its active affiliation with your organization.
Community Evaluation Report

This report displays detailed responses from professionals connected to your community who have completed a specific evaluation. Use filters and reporting modes to customize how results are viewed and analyzed.

ACEMAPP strives to provide a web experience we can all take part in by default. While we are always trying to improve our accessibility, we do use some third party applications that were not created with accessibility in mind but do provide great value. In these instances we have created alternatives that are functionally identical to their non-accessible counterparts but displayed to cooperate with assistive technologies.
Expiring Requirement Report
Member Types:
Expiring Requirement Report allows users to view directly affiliated members who have requirements expiring within a selected date range. This report helps administrators proactively monitor upcoming expirations, support compliance tracking, and take timely action before requirements lapse.
Complete a Survey
Member Types:
Your school or clinical site may occasionally send you a survey regarding your clinical education experience. Your feedback is critical to improving the clinical education process.
Case Log Report
Member Types:
Case Log Reports will take all case logs attached to your account and present them in a more user-friendly format.  You can generate reports at any time to monitor your experience and type of experience.

This report allows you to view community members with custom fields from entities that your community is connected to.
Managing Expiring Members
Member Types:
If your organization pays for member accounts (i.e., Students), you will receive a notification on your ACEMAPP home screen. This notification will let you know when you have upcoming invoices that contain member accounts that are about to expire.
Learning Materials for Students & Faculty

Your school and/or clinical site may require you to complete courses and assessments prior to the start of your rotation.
Create Units
Member Types:
This guide explains how to manage Units in ACEMAPP, including creating new units, editing existing ones, and deleting units no longer in use. Use this resource to keep your institution’s unit listings accurate and up to date for reporting, scheduling, and organizational management.
Verified Credentials (QualifiedFirst)
Member Types:
ACEMAPP interfaces with QualifiedFirst® to simplify the compliance process for you. QualifiedFirst® (by Verified Credentials) is used for background checks, drug testing and clinical requirement verification.
Certification of Completion for Assessments
Member Types:
Once you have successfully passed your ACEMAPP courses and assessments, you can print or download a Certificate of Completion.
SCORM Courses
Member Types:
ACEMAPP hosts SCORM courses for some organizations. SCORM courses have stricter compliance guidelines than other courses you may complete in ACEMAPP.
Approved Rotations within 3 Weeks (Table)
Member Types:
This table lets you quickly view approved rotations starting within the next three weeks from your homepage and check if the roster has been sent. The table also shows if members are assigned to the rotation and if they have met compliance. You can also quickly access the rotation information from this table by clicking on the **Edit** button.
