Article: Coordinator Communications Report content
The Coordinator Communications Report enables you to generate and export partner contact results based on selected filters. You can also use the list of filtered contacts to broadcast message your partners important information.
To Run the Coordinator Communications Report:
Step 1:
From your home screen, click the "Reporting" button to open the Reporting Dashboard.
Step 2:
On the Reporting Dashboard, click "View All" and in the search, type "coordinator communication".
Click on the "Run Report " button.
Step 3:
Select the following filters to meet your needs:
- Partners, start by typing the name of the partner entity you want to show.
- Programs, narrow the results down further by Program.
- Select the Partner Types, if you want to show Schools or Clinical Sites.
Click "Search" to view your results.
Skip the filters if you wish to see all Coordinators and click "Search".
Step 4:
This report isn't immediate. It can take some time to load. The Processing Panel indicates the system's current progress. Please remain on the page until it reaches 100%.
To Export Data from the Coordinator Communication Report:
Click "Export" to export the report to a CSV, and then click the "Download CSV" button.
To Broadcast Email Directly from ACEMAPP
Step 1:
Select the partner you would like to email by clicking the box next to their name or select the top box in the heading row to select all.
Step 2:
Click on the "Email Selected" button.
Step 3:
Follow the screen prompts to Compose and Send a message.
