Administrators with System Admin access can view a list of all schools or sites connected to their school/health system in ACEMAPP. This guide will walk you through the process of running the Partner Chart Report, which provides a graph view of all direct entity connections to your system.
Step 1: Navigate to Your System Admin Home Page
You may navigate to your System Admin Home page by clicking the drop-down menu with your name at the top right of the blue banner and selecting the blue "Health System Admin" button under Navigation.
Step 2: Access the Reporting Dashboard
To access the Reporting Dashboard, click the "Reporting" button from the main navigation bar on your System Admin Home page. You may need to click the "More" drop-down menu at the right to access the button.
Step 3: Run the Partner Chart Report
On the Reporting Dashboard, click the "View All" tab at the right and type in "partner chart" in the search bar. Once you locate the Partner Chart Report, click the "Run Report" button to open the report.
Step 3: View Graph of Entity Connections
Once you run the report, a graph of all the entities connected to your school or health system in ACEMAPP will be displayed.
