Step 1:

If you received an email regarding an open invoice, click the link provided.

You can also navigate to the Billing page by clicking the "Billing" tab on your home screen. Depending on your browser, you may need to look under the "More" tab to find "Billing" from the drop-down.

Step 2:

The Billing page will show you a list of Invoices (Paid and Unpaid) and outstanding Ledger items. Select the filter at the top to "Unpaid" to view any open invoices.

You may use either View or Print the Invoice.

Print Invoice: Printing the Invoice will provide you with a summary and any line details.

View Invoice: Viewing the Invoice will provide you with line details.

While on the View invoice page, you may also do the following:

Start Invoice Feedback: If you have questions about your Invoice, clicking this will start a Support Ticket, allowing us to assist you.

Generate CSV: You may download the details into a CSV for later use.

Generate Invoice: Will create the Invoice for Downloading or Printing. This is the same as the Print Invoice from above.

NOTE: If you are requesting a credit card link to pay your Invoice, please create a Support Ticket.
