To assign an existing member in ACEMAPP (such as a student, faculty member, or preceptor) to a new program or to update their current program, use the "Add One Student" feature. This process creates a new affiliation for that member.
From your home screen, click "Members" in the top navigation bar. In the Affiliation column, select the applicable member type (Student, Faculty, Preceptor, etc.).
Click "Create" at the top of the table, then click "Add One Student" from the dropdown menu.
Complete the required fields on the Create One Student page and click "Save" to finish or "Save & Add Another."
If the member already has an ACEMAPP account, an affiliation request must be sent after you confirm the new Program and Access End Date (if applicable) and click "Save."
Once the affiliation request is submitted, the member will appear in the Pending Member Approval tab under your Manage Students (Affiliated) table. The member MUST log in to ACEMAPP and approve the request before it appears under the Active tab.
NOTE: Members must be active with your school before you can assign them to a rotation.
