View Partner Requirements
Member Types:

The Partnership Requirement table allows school and clinical site users to view the items set up for their partnering organizations. In this area, you can view how requirements, courses, modules, assessments, shared fields, SCORMs, and more are set up for the partner organization in ACEMAPP.


Step 1:

To access your Partnership Requirement Configuration Display, click the "Partnerships" tab in your navigation bar.

Step 2:

In your list of partnerships, click on either the "View" (eye icon) button under the Actions column or click the "Partner Name" (this is a hyperlink).

Step 3:

This will bring you to the partner's "Entity Profile" in ACEMAPP. In the navigation bar at the top, select "Requirements".

Filter Options:

  • Member Type: Type of member. (i.e., Students, Clinical Faculty, etc.)
  • Program: Program of study or experience at the partnering organization.
  • Type: This refers to the type of requirement (below). Assessment:** These are tests, attestations, etc. They typically affect compliance and are usually associated with a related Module.
    • Module: These items contain the needed content for the member to take (and pass) the assessment. Modules are generally not set to affect compliance.
    • One Off Requirement: These items are specific to one rotation experience and must be completed for each rotation assignment.
    • SCORM: These interactive courses contain content and activities that must be completed at each step in the course. SCORM courses usually have a quiz or a test of knowledge at the end that the member must successfully pass.
    • Standard Requirement: These are the standard requirements in the system. This will typically cover immunization records, school or site-specific forms, etc.
  • Requirement Name: The name of the requirement.
  • Applies to: Option is Everything.
  • Pre: If the requirement affters pre compliance (requirements from the school).
  • Post: If the requirement affters pre compliance (requirements from the clinical site).
  • Allows Documents: See if members can upload documents for specific requirements in ACEMAPP.
    • NOTE: If the document uploaded is not on, only requirement dates are needed in ACEMAPP to satisfy the requirement.
  • Electronic Form: If the requirement contains an electronic form.
