Accessing Clinical Site Requirement Documents

View documents that members download, complete, and upload for clinical site requirements.

Step 1:

From your School User home page, click "Members" and select "Student" under "Rotation."

Step 2:

Next, select the "Requirement" icon under the "Actions" column next to the student you wish to view the document for.

Step 3:

Standard Requirements

Click the "Click for More Information" icon under the "Standard Requirement" column.

More Information button next to the standard requirement.

If there is a document for students to download, complete, and upload for the requirement, it will be located in the blue box.

Step 4 (if applicable):

Tiered Requirements

Click the "Edit" button next to the tiered requirement.

Click the "Click for More Information" icon on the left to find any clinical document for students to upload for the requirement.

Managing Member Requirement Dates
As a school or clinical coordinator, you can enter individual completion and expiration dates for member requirements. Bulk uploading requirement dates allows you to enter dates for multiple members at the same time.
Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.

ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share, and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. To manage requirement documents uploaded by your members, please follow the steps below.
Member Requirement Document Log
The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.
Upload Requirement Documents for Members
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share, and store requirement documents. Please follow the steps below to upload requirement documents on behalf of students or faculty.
