Your school and/or clinical site may assign you an evaluation to complete in ACEMAPP. When an evaluation is assigned, you will receive a notification directly on your ACEMAPP home page. Please be sure to log in regularly and complete any assigned evaluations by the due date.
Blue Notification: When you have an evaluation to complete, a blue notification will appear on your home screen. You will also receive an email to notify you.
Click on the blue notification to be taken directly to the Evaluations table, where you can complete the task.
Alternative Method: If you don’t see the notification, you can also find your evaluations by clicking on the "More" tab on your home screen. From the drop-down menu, select "Evaluations" to view and complete your assignments.

Under "Evaluator" click the "View All Evaluations" button.
The Evaluations Table displays all your evaluations, including those that are pending, active, completed, and expired.
Start the Evaluation: To complete a pending or active evaluation, locate it in the table and click the "Edit" (pencil) icon under the Actions column.
This screen will provide you with some details about the Evaluation. Click "Begin Evaluation" when you are ready.
Answer the questions, and click "Save" before moving on to the next section.
On this page, if comments are enabled for your evaluation, you will see a Comment section.
If you'd like to provide feedback or add comments, simply type them into the comments box.
Sign Your Name: In the signature box, sign your name to confirm that you've completed the evaluation.
Accept Terms and Conditions: Check the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
Submit: Once you've signed and accepted the terms, click the "Submit Evaluation" button to finalize your submission.

If comments are enabled for your evaluation, you can view any existing comments and add your own feedback.
To do so, click the "Comments" button in the Evaluations table.
This date corresponds to the start of the member's first-year membership period. Members receive access to ACEMAPP 30 days prior to this date to begin completing their profile, requirements, and assessments.
If your member is attending a rotation, this date should be set to 2-4 weeks before their first rotation start date, although this may differ based on the clinical site.
