Use the evaluation member list to view member evaluations and their status. Evaluations can be reset and deleted from the member list.
From your home page, click the "Evaluations" tab.
Locate the evaluation and click the "Reports" button.
At the bottom of the page, click "Member List."
From this table, you can view the status of the evaluation, the date the evaluation was sent, and other specific details about the evaluation.
Use the "View" (eye icon) button to view an evaluation. Click the "View PDF" button to download a PDF of the evaluation, including any signatures and comments. Click the "Comments" button to view evaluation comments. Click the "Committee Signatures" button to view the signatures of committee members. Click the "Reset" button to resend an evaluation. Use the "Delete" button to remove an evaluation.
NOTE: Comments and Committee Signatures are enabled during evaluation setup.
