Search and Request Partnerships
Member Types:

The Partnership Directory in ACEMAPP is where schools and clinical sites manage their existing partnerships. It can also be used to request new partnerships and handle partnership-related documents. Please note: Schools must have an active partnership with a clinical site in ACEMAPP before they can request a rotation.

Step 1:

From your home page, access the partnership directory by clicking the "Partnership Directory" tab.

Step 2:

The partnership directory Active tab displays your organization's current partnerships. To request a new partnership, click the "Search For New Partners" button.

Step 3:

Using the Search feature will display all entities that match your shared partnering settings. Be cautious when using the column filters—these only sort the specific column you're working with. If you leave any text in a filter field, it may block the rest of the entities from appearing.

NOTE: If you cannot locate a partner, please get in touch with ACEMAPP Support. If you know your partner is using ACEMAPP, you or the site will need to have a program added to match in the system.

Step 4:

Once you have found the entity you wish to partner with, click the "Request Partnerships" icon.

Step 5:

Fill in the form. All fields are optional except "Program." Select the "Program" and click "Save."

Step 6:

When you click Save, you will see a success confirmation notice in the top right corner of your screen:

Step 7:

Click the "Outgoing" button on the "Managing Partnerships" page to view the request. Outgoing partnership requests are pending review by the clinical site.

You will also see outgoing requests in the "Outgoing" tab of your partnership directory.

FAQs

I cannot find the Partnership Directory tab on my home page.
Access to the Partnership Directory is limited to administrators with the appropriate permissions. If you need help with access, please contact ACEMAPP Support. Students, faculty, and other members will not see the Partnership Directory on their home page. However, they can view their affiliations by clicking the "Manage Affiliations" tab.
The site I need to partner with does not appear in my Partnership search results.
Contact ACEMAPP Support. Click the "Contact Us" link at the top of the screen to start a support ticket.
I can’t select the partner I need when creating a rotation.
Make sure you have an active partnership with both the clinical site and the specific program. Rotations can only be created with active partners.
