Step 1: Manage Partnerships

Schools must request a partnership with your site in ACEMAPP before they can request rotations. You will receive a notification to approve or deny these requests.

Once approved, the school appears in your Active Partners list, giving you clear visibility into your existing relationships.

Step 2: Manage Rotations

When a school submits a rotation request, you’ll be notified to review and take action—approve, deny, or request more information. Use the Rotation Table Configuration to customize the fields shown (e.g., units, dates, shifts), and avoid double-booking using the Conflict Checker.

Step 3: Monitor Compliance and Upcoming Rotations

After you approve a rotation, the school assigns students and faculty. ACEMAPP tracks their compliance with required documents and training. Once all assigned members are compliant, you’ll receive the Roster (Profile Completion Report) automatically.
