This page will provide you with all of the steps that UAB requires. Each step will provide you with an ACEMAPP article that will walk you through each process. If you have questions about completing these steps in ACEMAPP, you may Contact ACEMAPP Support.

1. Log in to ACEMAPP

Once your school has created your account, you will receive an email from ACEMAPP containing a link to set your password. Navigate to acemapp.org and log in with your school email address and password. When you log in, you will be asked to verify your email and agree to the FERPA consent, Honesty Pledge, and Terms and Conditions.

3. Review clinical encounters

Students should complete clinical encounters using case logs and time logs specific to the course(s) they have been assigned daily. Faculty must review time logs submitted by students, even if preceptors have already approved the time logs. Before approving, ensure all case logs have been attached to time logs. If there are some missing, move the time log to a ‘Needs Info’ status. If you are unable to review case or time logs, please contact your school coordinator.

5. Complete and Review evaluation(s)

Faculty are asked to complete an evaluation for each student. You will receive a notification when an evaluation is ready for completion 30 days before the rotation end date.
