Faculty Document Manager
Member Types:

Faculty Document Manager is a feature that allows faculty members to manage student requirement documents for any rotation they are assigned. This feature must be enabled by the school. School coordinators can contact ACEMAPP support to request access for their faculty members.

Step 1:

From the Faculty Home page, click the "Rotations" tab at the very top below the blue banner.

Nav-bar on clinical faculty home page highlighting rotations button.

Step 2:

Click the "Rotations" button to access your rotations table, which lists all your assigned rotations.

At the top of the table, you’ll see two rows of tabs:

  • The first row lets you filter by rotation experience type (e.g., Cohort, Precepted Rotation).

  • The second row lets you filter by rotation status (e.g., Approved, Pending).

To find the rotation with the documents you need to manage, select the appropriate experience type and status.

Once you’ve located the correct rotation, click the "Document (Member Documents)" icon in the Actions column. This icon will appear blue if there are pending documents to review.

NOTE: For faculty to manage student documentation, the student and faculty must both be assigned to the same rotation in ACEMAPP.

Step 3:

After clicking the "Member Documents" button, you’ll be taken to the Rotation Requirement Document Matrix. This table shows all required documents for the rotation and their current status.

To review a document, click directly on its status in the table.

Each requirement can have one of the following statuses:

  • --- No document has been uploaded for this requirement.

  • Pending – A document has been uploaded and is awaiting review.

  • Good – The uploaded document has been reviewed and approved.

Step 4:

You can review the uploaded file after clicking on a document’s status.

Use the "Approve" or "Deny" buttons to take action on the document.

If you deny a document, please include a Deny Note explaining what the member must correct or upload for approval.

You can also update the Completion and Expiration dates on the right if needed.

To view the uploaded document(s), scroll down the page. The documents will appear as images or PDFs. Use the "Pop-Out" or "Expand" buttons to view them in a larger size.
