Overview of Student Home Page

Coordinators can easily add themselves as students within their entity to better understand what their student's experience within ACEMAPP is like.

Assign Member(s) to Rotation
Member Types:
When you assign a member to a rotation, they receive notification of the rotation details and are prompted to check their account for clinical requirements. Students or Faculty can access clinical site requirements only after being assigned to the rotation.
View Announcements from Schools/Sites
Member Types:
Announcements are located on the bottom-left side of your dashboard. They are created by either your school and/or the clinical site at which you will be attending your rotation(s) and contain important information, so be sure to check here often.
Relationship Management
Member Types:
The Relationship Management feature is your dashboard for go-to items like your Call List or Bookmarked Professionals.
Membership Period: How to Make a Payment
Member Types:
Your membership date is set by your School Coordinator upon registration into ACEMAPP, and is good for one year. This information is located on the left-side of your dashboard in the "Membership Period" window.
Directory Entities and Members: Student View
Member Types:
The Directory system allows your school to manage a list of Entities and Members. This list is managed by your school. If you have any questions about a listed entity or member, please reach out to your school coordinator.

Accessing a Member's ePortfolio
Member Types:
Access a student's ePortfolio to review the educational, professional, and extracurricular accomplishments they have uploaded into ACEMAPP.
InfoMart (Advantage Students)
Member Types:
ACEMAPP interfaces with Advantage Students (by InfoMart) to simplify the compliance process for members. Advantage Students provides background check and drug screening services.
Bulk Upload New Members
Member Types:
Bulk uploading members is a quick and efficient way to add new members for management in ACEMAPP.
Setting Entity Edit Permission
Member Types:
Students and School Coordinators must work together to ensure that information in ACEMAPP matches what is used by the school and clinical site. A student has control of the General Information in their profile. In some cases, schools and clinical sites will also want to have the ability to edit this information. Students must grant permission to their respective entity if the entity wants to be able to update student's general information. 
A Snapshot of your Entity in ACEMAPP
Member Types:
The entity Snapshot provides a summary of your organization in ACEMAPP, including active admin information, student placements, permissions, billing contact information, and more.
Faculty Document Manager
Member Types:
The Faculty Document Manager is a feature that (when enabled by the school) allows faculty to manage student requirement documents associated with any rotation they are assigned to.

Managing Membership Status
Member Types:
Using the bulk manage feature is easy to change a student member's status in ACEMAPP between Active, Graduated, and On Hold.
Managing Member Tiered Requirements
Member Types:
Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.
Student User Guide
Member Types:
ACEMAPP is a collaborative platform for healthcare education, compliance, and recruitment. Your responsibility is to stay up to date with your ACEMAPP account, including checking your inbox for reminders and alerts.
Community Benefit Report
Member Types:
This report allows you to track and report on the number of student hours hosted at the facility and/or health system. You can pull a report based on the active students, student slots hosted, or both during a specific time period.
Member Types:
The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, is used to clarify when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose its active affiliation with your organization.
