Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups to manage related items that must be completed in a series. Carefully review the tiered requirements description to ensure member documents and completion dates are uploaded or entered in the correct Group to maintain compliance.
From your home page, click the "Members" dropdown. Under Rotation, select the appropriate member type (e.g., Student, Clinical Faculty).
Locate the student and click the "Requirements" (book) icon in the Actions column.
Scroll to the tiered requirements section and click the "Edit" button.
Look for documents marked with a light blue "View" (eye) button indicating a pending review.
Click the "View" (eye) icon to open the document upload form. Scroll down to view submitted files. Click the document link to open or download it (depending on your browser settings).
Click the "Manage" (gear) icon next to the file to take action.
On the confirmation screen, verify the Completion Date, Expiration Date (if needed), and any notes. Then click "Approve" or "Deny" to finalize the document’s status.
From the home page, click the "Members" dropdown, then under Rotation, select the applicable member type.
Find the member and click the "Requirements" (book) icon under the Actions column.
Click the "Edit" button in the tiered requirements section.
Click the "View" (eye) icon to upload a new document.
Fill in all Required fields (such as date and file) and click "Submit" to upload the document.
Select the "Members" dropdown from the home page, then choose the applicable member type under Rotation.
Find the member and click the "Requirements" icon in the Actions column.
Click the "Edit" button for the tiered requirement.
In the correct Group and Level, input the Completion Date and Expiration Date (if applicable). Then scroll down and click "Save."
