ACEMAPP offers a wide range of reports that can be accessed from the reporting dashboard. This article explains how to personalize the view of your most frequently used reports by organizing your favorites.

There are 3 view modes you can set your dashboard to, Classic (default), Custom Block, or Custom Table.

Classic view

Reports are organized into categories: Featured, Member, Rotation, and "Special." All reports are listed in the last "View All" tab. Favorited reports (indicated by the black star icon) will be saved for future use under the "Favorites" tab. Users may search for reports by entering keywords into the "Search" box. This view is set by default.

Custom Block view

Reports are organized into two categories, "Favorites" and "View All." Favorited reports (indicated by the black star icon) will be saved for future use under the "Favorites" tab. This mode allows users to customize report names and descriptions using the "Edit" (pencil) button. Users may search for reports by entering keywords into the "Search" box.

Custom Table view

View all reports listed in a table format. This mode allows users to customize report names and descriptions using the "Edit" (pencil) button. Favorited reports (indicated by the black star icon) will be saved at the top of the custom table. Users may search for reports by entering keywords into the "Search" box.

How to Favorite a Report

Step 1:

Click the "Favorite" (star) button to add a report to your "Favorites" tab. This report will now be located in your "Favorites" tab in each View Mode.

NOTE: You may need to refresh your screen to see the Favorites tab if you do not already have one.

How to Customize the Report Name

You may also customize the report name if you are using the Custom Table or Custom Block.

Step 1:

Customize your report names by clicking the "Edit" (pencil) button under each report.

Step 2:

Enter the Custom Report Name.

Enter the custom report Description.

Step 4:

Click "Submit".

To Reset a Name

Clear the name in the edit box and click "Save".

A rotation is a scheduled clinical experience.
