When toggling Advanced Scheduling to yes, click "OK" on the confirmation box. Edit Rotation screen highlighting Advanced Scheduling toggle.

Step 5:

Complete all the required fields for the rotation, then click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 6:

After you have saved the form, there will be a new section across the rotation menu labeled Schedule. Click "Schedule" to open the Advanced Scheduling screen.
Edit Rotation screen highlighting Schedule button.

Step 7:

On this page, you may input the specific dates and times for the rotation.

For example, if you know the student(s) will not attend a certain day during the rotation, you can remove that day by clicking the checkbox under the Remove column. If you need to adjust the shift time(s) for a particular day or add a new day, you can also do so here.

Click "Save" after making adjustments to save the advanced schedule.
