Getting Started with ACEMAPP

Welcome to ACEMAPP! Let's get you started with ACEMAPP and find the right user guide for you.

Email Verification and Login

When your account is created, we'll send a verification email to the email address linked with your ACEMAPP account. You'll need to verify your email before logging in. Use the Resend Verification button on the acemapp.org login page if your link has expired.

After email verification, you can expect a message from ACEMAPP containing a link to set your password. If you are unable to locate the Password Email, visit ACEMAPP.org, click "Login", enter your email, and select Forgot Password to set it.


Profile Completion

Profile completion is required and affects member compliance.

If you are a school or clinical user, only your profile's general tab is required.

To complete your profile information, click your Name in the top-right and then select "Profile" from the dropdown. After you complete your profile, you will have access to your "Home Page".

Membership fee(s)

Some member types require a payment for ACEMAPP Membership. Once membership is paid, members can access their Home Page to complete assigned school and clinical site onboarding items."

If you encounter issues with processing a credit or debit card, please get in touch with your card issuer or payment provider.

ACEMAPP Navigation

Easily navigate ACEMAPP by creating shortcuts, setting your home page as default, and using bookmarks and breadcrumbs effectively.

Membership Period: How to Make a Payment
Your membership date is set by your School Coordinator upon registration into ACEMAPP, and is good for one year. This information is located on the left-side of your dashboard in the "Membership Period" window.

Email Verification
You will not be able to access your account without verifying your email. We will send a verification email to each email address on your account. Please check your email inbox, including spam folders, and click the link provided within the email to complete the verification process. Verification emails are valid for seven days, after which they will expire.
Forgot Password
After your ACEMAPP is created, you will receive a verification email and a link to set your password to log in. You can easily reset your password if you cannot find the set password link with the "Forgot Password" option.
