School and clinical site coordinators can upload files directly to a rotation, which is useful for sharing additional documents or information with partner organizations. Common examples include orientation materials, compliance checklists, or site-specific instructions. This guide will show you how to upload documents to a rotation.
NOTE: This feature is not intended as a replacement or workaround for completing requirements. The standard processes and procedures must be followed to complete requirements.
From the top of your home page, click the "Rotations" button to open your Rotations table.
In your Rotations table, locate the rotation you want to upload files to. Under the Actions column, click the "Edit" (pencil) icon to be taken to the rotation request form.
At the very top of the rotation request form, click the "Files" tab.
Under the Manage Rotations Files section at the top right, click the white "File Manager" button to upload a file.
You can click to upload the file from your computer. Once done, click the green "Use" button below under the Actions column.
Before uploading your file to the rotation, you have the option (though it’s not required) to set access permissions. Click the "Permissions" field to choose which member types (school or clinical user, student, or faculty) can access the file. Use the green checkmark button to select all member types or the red X button to clear all selections. Once done, click the green "Submit" button to upload your file to the rotation.
