As a Preceptor in ACEMAPP, your profile helps students and organizations find and connect with you. This guide walks you through the steps to complete and update your profile, including email verification and availability preferences.
From your Home Screen:
Click your Name in the upper-right corner.
Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
Your profile is divided into several sections. Each section's completion status is displayed in the Navigation Table using the following icons:
Required fields are marked with an orange bar on the left side of the input field.
NOTE: After entering all required information in a section, click "Save" before moving to the next tab.
Email verification is required to receive important system notifications (e.g., rotations, requirements, and announcements).
Click the "Email' tab in your profile. This opens a new window.
Review or update your email addresses.
Click the green "Save" button.
To return to your profile, either close the window or click "Collaboration."
