Check Member Compliance with School and Site Requirements
Member Types:

This guide will walk you through the process of checking member compliance with both school and clinical site requirements in ACEMAPP.

How to Check if Students or Faculty Have Completed School Requirements

Step 1:

The Manage Students (Affiliated) table shows key details about your students' accounts, including profile information, last login date, and email address. Affiliated students are those directly connected to your entity. If your entity has set up requirements, this table will also display their completion status.

To access the Manage Students (Affiliated) table from your home screen, click the "Members" tab, then select "Student" in the affiliation column.

Users home page highlighting Members dropdown button and Student button under Affiliation.

The Compliance column shows whether a student has met your school's requirements. If the student is pre-compliant, it means they have completed all required tasks. A red X indicates that the student has not completed one or more requirements. Hover over the red X to view a list of the incomplete items. Manage Students table highlighting compliance indicator.

Step 2:

Under the "Actions" column, click the "Requirements" button (book icon) to view and manage student requirements and documents, including requirement completion statuses and expiration dates. If the "Requirements" button is blue, it means the member has a pending document that still needs attention.
