Partner Rotation Report
Member Types:

This report displays your organization's partners by program, the number of rotations with the partner, and the number of members who joined those rotations. Optional filters include partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.

Step 1:

From your homepage, click "Reporting" to open the Reporting Dashboard.

Step 2:

Under the "Rotation" tab, locate the "Partner Rotation" report and click "Run Report."

Step 3:

Filters are optional in this report. You may filter by partner entity, rotation status, program, and rotation dates.

Partner Entity
Select a partner to narrow the results down to that entity.
Rotation Status
Select a status or a combination of statuses as needed.
By default, all statuses are selected.
Program
Select a program to see results just for that program.
Rotations starting after
Enter a date to search for any rotation that began after this date.
Rotations ending before
Entering a date here will search for any rotations that ended before this date.

Step 4:

Click "Submit" to run the report with your selected filters.

Step 5:

Once the report has been run, you can export the results into a CSV file by clicking "Export" and then clicking "Download CSV."
