Rotation Notices is an optional ACEMAPP feature that displays customized guidance to users during rotation creation. These notices are tied to specific Program and Experience type combinations, helping to streamline communication between partners. To enable this feature for your organization, contact the ACEMAPP team.
From your home screen, click on "Rotations" to open the Rotations Table.
On the Rotations Table, click on the "Manage" button, and from the drop-down click "Notices" to be taken to the Notices Table.
On the Notices Table, click on the " + Create New" button.
Create your Title, select a status (Pending, Active, or Deleted), and use Markdown to create the body of the Notice. Once you are finished, click "Save" to save your changes.
After saving your changes, the screen will refresh with a new Navigation panel on the left. In the Navigation panel, click "Configuration" to be taken to the Configuration form.
Select the status (Inactive or Active) for this configuration, select the Experience type(s), and select the Program(s). Click "Save" to save your changes.
Note: You can have multiple configurations per notice
To view an active Rotation Notice, from your home screen, click on "Rotations" to open the Rotations Table.
Select the "edit" pencil icon on the correct rotation.
Note: the rotation will only show a notice if the experience and program type are configured in the configuration settings of the Rotation Notice. See Step 2 under Configure Notices for reference.
Select the "Notices" tab inside the rotation.
Here you will see your Rotation Notice and you can check the formatting and information.
