Evaluation Member List
Member Types:

Use the evaluation member list to view member evaluations and their status. Evaluations can be reset and deleted from the member list.

Step 1:

From your home page, click the "Evaluations" tab.

Step 2:

Locate the evaluation and click the "Reports" button.

Step 3:

At the bottom of the page, click "Member List."

Step 4:

From this table, you can view the status of the evaluation, the date the evaluation was sent, and other specific details about the evaluation.

  • Pending means the member has not yet started the evaluation
  • Active means the evaluation is currently in progress
  • Completed means the member has completed the evaluation
  • Expired means the evaluation has expired, and the member did not complete the evaluation

Step 5:

  • Use the "View" (eye icon) button to view an evaluation.
  • Click the "View PDF" button to download a PDF of the evaluation, including any signatures and comments.
  • Click the "Comments" button to view evaluation comments. Click the "Committee Signatures" button to view the signatures of committee members.
  • Click the "Reset" button to resend an evaluation. Reset evaluations will be available to the member again the day after you reset them.
  • Use the "Delete" button to remove an evaluation.

NOTE: Comments and Committee Signatures are enabled during evaluation setup.
