Managing Members by Affiliation

Access the Manage Students (Affiliated) Table

  1. From your Home Screen, click the "Members" tab.

  2. Under the Affiliation column, click the "Students" button.

The Manage Students (Affiliated) table shows important details about each student affiliated with your entity:

  • Profile and contact information
  • Last login date
  • Email address
  • Requirement completion status (if requirements are configured for your entity)

NOTE: Use the Search bar in the upper-right corner to find a specific student quickly.

Understanding the Compliance Column

  • The Compliance column indicates if your student is pre-compliant, meaning the student has completed your school's requirements.

  • If there is a red X, your student must complete all your school requirements.

  • Hover over the red X to view a list of incomplete items.

Using the Requirements Button

  • Under the Actions column, click the "Requirements" button (book icon) to view and manage student requirements and documents, including requirement completion and expiration dates.

  • The "Requirements" button will be blue if the member has a pending document.

    • NOTE: For school users, viewing student requirements under the "Manage Students (Affiliated)" table only shows school requirements. To view requirements from the clinical site, please click "View By Rotation" in the upper right-hand corner of the table.

Managing Members by Rotation

Access the Manage Students (By Rotation) Table

  1. From your Home Screen, click the "Members" tab.

  2. Under the Rotation column, click "Students."

This table lists students assigned to rotations, grouped by rotation status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Completed).

Understanding the Manage Students (By Rotation) Table

  • The table is automatically sorted by rotation status.
  • Requirements are categorized as:
    • Pre-: Your school’s requirements
    • Post-: Clinical site’s requirements

Hover over icons in the Pre- or Post- columns to view outstanding or expiring items.

  • A red X means not all requirements are met.
  • In Progress means the student is working on pre-compliance but hasn’t completed all items.

Using the Requirements Button (By Rotation)

  • Under the Actions column, use the "Requirements" button (book icon) to manage member documents and requirement dates.
