This guide offers quick tips to help students navigate their ACEMAPP home page and check their compliance and rotation readiness by reviewing onboarding requirements and statuses.
NOTE: Please see our Student User Guide for more detailed information and a list of steps students must complete in ACEMAPP.
After logging in to ACEMAPP, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines, also known as the hamburger menu) at the top right of the blue banner and select "Collaboration."
If you have more than one member type (Student, Clinical Faculty, etc.), please select the appropriate member type. Otherwise, you will be taken to your Student Home page.
On the top right of the Student Home page, you’ll see the Rotations section. This displays your rotation ID, start and end dates, program, rotation status, and a bulleted list of incomplete or expiring items under the Compliance column.
You can collapse, expand, or rearrange sections on your Student Home page (e.g., Requirements, Vendors, Affiliations) by clicking on them or dragging them to your preferred order.
This section lists your incomplete requirements based on your affiliation or rotation assignment. Focus only on the items under the Incomplete Requirements header.
To upload documentation, click the red "Document" (Manage Requirement) icon in the Actions column.
After submitting documents, your status will remain Incomplete until your coordinator reviews and approves them.
This section collects additional information your school or clinical site may request. It appears below the Requirements section.
To complete a custom field, click the "Edit" (Pencil) icon, fill out the information, and click "Save."
NOTE: You can only retake learning materials starting 60 days before their expiration date.
Found on the left side of your Student Home page, this section shows your overall compliance status.
Look under the Compliance column for your school and any assigned rotations:
A red X icon indicates you are not compliant. Click the icon to view a list of items you need to complete.
A green checkmark icon means you are fully compliant for that affiliation or rotation.
Located near the bottom left of your Student Home page, this section displays important messages from your school or clinical site.
Items such as badging details, exemption forms, and employment applications may appear here.
This section appears on the top left of your Student Home page if your school or clinical site uses third-party vendors for background checks, immunizations, or other requirements.
If your school requires vendor use, the Vendors section will appear once you're affiliated.
If required by a clinical site, the section will appear once you're assigned to a rotation.
