View Assure Member Documents

ACEMAPP Assure offers professional document review services to its members. When you add ACEMAPP Assure to your organization's subscription, you'll create a one-stop shop for your students and/or faculty to manage academic and clinical requirements. This guide walks you through how to view documents submitted by Assure Members.

Step 1: Navigate to Assure Members

From your Home Screen, open the "Members" dropdown. In the Assure Package column, click "Assure Member".

Step 2: Open Member Requirements

Find the member you need to review and click the "Requirements" icon in the Actions column.

Step 3: Edit Assure Package Requirements

On the left-hand side menu under Navigation, confirm you are in the Assure Package section. Then, on the right-hand side, click the "Edit" button in the Actions column.

Step 4: View Requirement Details and Documents

To view a requirement description, click the "Description" (speech bubble) icon on the left.

To view uploaded documents, click the "Documents" button on the right.

Color indicators for document status:

  • Blue = Pending review

  • Green = Approved

  • White = No document uploaded or previously denied

Step 5: Review the Submitted Document

Click the document link to open or download the file.

You’ll also see:

  • The upload date

  • The document status (Pending, Approved, Denied)
