Assure Reporting
Member Types:

You can view Assure requirement data in specific ACEMAPP reports. The reports listed below will include this data when configured correctly.

Important Configuration Notes

To ensure the Assure requirement data appears in your report results:

  • Set "Reporting by" to Rotation.

  • Choose the appropriate Member Type or Experience Type, depending on the report:

    • Use Assure Member for member type where applicable.

    • Use Assure Package for rotation (experience) type reports.

Reports that Display Assure Package Requirements

The following reports currently include Assure package requirement data:

Incomplete Member Report
The Incomplete Member report provides a list of any members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) that have not completed all requirements for a specific program. 
Member Requirement Report
The Requirement Compliance Report provides a snapshot of the current status of each member’s requirements. Note: To view a historical record of a member’s requirements over time, please refer to the Profile Completion Report instead.
Onboarding Progress Report
The Onboarding Progress report lets you view the completeness of members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) assigned to approved and pending rotations. The list will also display members (i.e., Students, Faculty, etc.) with missing requirements and whether the roster has been sent.
Rotation Member Compliance Report
The Rotation Member Compliance report shows all non-compliant members by rotation, along with a list of their incomplete requirements.
Assure Admin User Guide
ACEMAPP Assure offers professional document review services to its members. This help desk guide is intended to be a general resource for Assure Admins and contains links to related help desk guides.
Document Status Report
The Document Status Report allows you to review member requirement documents. This report displays the document status, when the document was managed, and by whom. If the document was denied, the deny note is also displayed.
