Managing Employee Designation

Adding a member as an employee of your organization will allow you to manage their requirements and assessments quickly. Additionally, this will enable the member to be assigned to rotations without the need to fulfill specific requirements.

NOTE: Employees must be directly affiliated with your organization rather than only through a rotation assignment.

Updating Current Users

Step 1:

Select "Members" from your home screen and select the appropriate member type under "Affiliation."

User home screen highlighting Members button and Affiliation column in drop-down.

Step 2:

Search for the desired member from the member list and click the "Edit" (pencil) icon next to their name.

Manage member table highlighting Edit button.

Step 3:

Click the "Affiliated Programs / Access End Date" tab in the "Navigation" menu.

Edit member page highlighting Affiliated Programs / Access End Date button.

Step 4:

Here, you will see all "Current Affiliated Programs" the member has with your organization. Select "Yes" in the "Employee" toggle for all programs in which the member is an employee.

Once satisfied, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Current affiliations and save button.

Review Employee Designation Requests

If your organization allows members to request an affiliation with you directly, a notification will appear on your dashboard for each affiliation request.

Step 1:

To review affiliation requests, click on the notification to go directly to the "Member Affiliation Manager".

The approval process occurs on a per-program basis. You can also add a program to a member's account from this page.

  • To approve the request, select "Approve" from the "Status" drop-down.
  • To deny the request, select "Deleted" from the "Status" drop-down.

Once you have made your decision(s), click "Save" to update the member's affiliation with your organization.
