Document Status Report
Member Types:
The Document Status Report allows you to review member requirement documents. This report displays the document status, when the document was managed, and by whom. If the document was denied, the deny note is also displayed.
Faculty Document Manager
Member Types:
The Faculty Document Manager is a feature that (when enabled by the school) allows faculty to manage student requirement documents associated with any rotation they are assigned to.
Partnerships: Document Manager
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows you to house affiliation agreements and other documents that may pertain to your partnerships, such as liability insurance records and policy documents.
Member Requirement Document Log
Member Types:
The Member Requirement Document Log gives entity coordinators access to various filters for viewing documents that have been uploaded by members. You can filter by "Display Approved," "Display Pending," and "Display Denied." Based on the filters set, ACEMAPP will pull all requirement documents for you to review and display audit data.
Faculty Document Access
Member Types:
Faculty document access allows faculty members assigned to a rotation to manage requirement documents associated with that rotation. Schools may contact ACEMAPP Customer Support to enable the faculty document manager feature.
Managing Membership Status

Using the bulk manage feature is easy to change a student member's status in ACEMAPP between Active, Graduated, and On Hold.

When you add ACEMAPP Assure to your organization's subscription, you'll create a one-stop shop for your students and/or faculty to manage academic and clinical requirements. Managing Member Requirement Documents

If needed, you have the option to upload documents on behalf of students or faculty. To approve or deny requirements with documents, please follow the steps below.
Uploading Requirement Documents for Members
Member Types:
ACEMAPP allows members to upload, share and store documents. As a school or clinical coordinator, if a document is required by your school or clinical site, it will need to be approved. Rotation Member Audit

Directory Entities Document Upload

The Directory system allows you to create and manage non-ACEMAPP entities specific to your organization. Once you add a Directory Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to that entity. Once you add a Directory Entity and connect a Member to the Entity, you are able to upload documents specific to the member and entity connection.

Assure Member User Guide

ACEMAPP Assure is a professional document review service with personalized service and support. You are responsible for uploading your Assure requirement documentation for review. Documents are stored on a secure platform and can be accessed anytime by your file manager in ACEMAPP.
Managing Member Tiered Requirements

Tiered requirements are divided into separate groups for completion and are used to manage requirements belonging to a series. Please review the description in the tiered requirement to ensure member documents or completion dates are uploaded/entered into the appropriate group to meet compliance. The student must select only one group to upload/enter completion dates according to how they meet compliance.

Member Types:
The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, is used to clarify when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose its active affiliation with your organization.
Roster
Member Types:
The Roster tracks members assigned to a rotation and gives the clinical site access to view the rotation information, member compliance records, and member profile data.

The Rotation Roster will only send to a clinical site partner assigned to a rotation once the Rotation is in Approved status and all assigned members have met compliance.
Member Applications Report
Member Types:
This report will show you all directly affiliated students with applications and the status of the application.
